About the Role

As Senior Territory Sales Manager for Supernus Pharmaceuticals' postpartum depression portfolio, you'll lead strategic sales initiatives across your assigned territory. You'll manage a network of healthcare providers, build clinical relationships, and drive adoption of treatments for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. This role combines direct sales execution with territory management, account development, and team collaboration to exceed revenue targets and market penetration goals.

What You'll Do

  • Call on psychiatrists, OB/GYNs, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, and other healthcare professionals prescribing postpartum depression treatments
  • Develop and execute territory business plans to grow market share and drive product utilization
  • Present clinical data, efficacy information, and patient outcomes for perinatal mood disorder treatments
  • Build long-term relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical decision-makers
  • Manage territory accounts, track pipeline opportunities, and report on sales metrics
  • Coordinate with marketing, medical affairs, and leadership to align territory strategies with company objectives

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device territory sales experience
  • Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare providers, clinical settings, and reimbursement landscape
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfort speaking with physicians and clinical staff
  • Ability to analyze market data, manage territories independently, and prioritize competing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
