Receptionist

Rally Credit Union is seeking a part-time Receptionist for our Beeville, Bee County location. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, creating welcoming interactions and helping them discover financial solutions that fit their needs.

About the Role

As a Receptionist at Rally Credit Union, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional member service in our Beeville branch. This part-time position focuses on front-desk operations, member engagement, and supporting our lending and service teams to ensure every visit to our Beeville location leaves a positive impression.

What You'll Do

• Greet members warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment that reflects Rally Credit Union's commitment to member satisfaction
• Assist members with ATM and interactive teller machine (ITM) transactions, and direct them to digital banking and e-services options
• Introduce members to relevant financial products and services based on their stated needs and banking goals
• Manage lobby operations to maintain organization, cleanliness, and a professional atmosphere
• Provide clerical support to loan officers and service staff, including data entry, appointment scheduling, and document preparation
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate departments or team members
• Process basic member requests and resolve inquiries with promptness and courtesy
