JLL is hiring a Vice President, Construction to lead our construction services division across the United States. This is a full-time position based in the US where you'll drive strategic growth, manage high-stakes projects, and mentor a talented team in one of the world's largest real estate services firms.
About the Role
As Vice President of Construction, you'll oversee construction management and delivery services for a broad portfolio of clients. You'll be responsible for defining service strategies, ensuring quality execution, and expanding JLL's market position in construction services across multiple markets and project types.
What You'll Do
- Lead construction project delivery, management, and advisory services, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction
- Manage client relationships and identify opportunities to expand service offerings and market presence
- Build and mentor a high-performing construction team, setting performance standards and fostering professional development
- Develop business strategy and drive revenue growth within the construction services practice
- Oversee quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and risk management across all construction operations
- Collaborate with other JLL service lines to deliver integrated solutions to clients
- Participate in business development and pitch management for significant construction opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in construction project management, delivery, or related construction services
- Proven track record in a leadership role within construction, real estate, or a related industry
- Strong understanding of construction processes, estimating, scheduling, and project controls
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and high-value projects
- Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Ability to work across multiple locations and manage geographically distributed teams
