Senior Technical Product Manager (f/m/x)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential mobile gaming technology client in Hamburg seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to drive product strategy and delivery at significant scale. In this role, you will own the complete product lifecycle for systems serving millions of users.

You will shape technical product strategy and vision alongside engineering leadership, defining goals, success metrics, and roadmap direction based on system capabilities and business priorities. Your responsibilities include deep discovery work—gathering inputs from engineering, data, and stakeholders to understand complex problems and translate them into detailed, actionable requirements and user stories.

You will own the product backlog end-to-end, including grooming, refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization. Active participation in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and agile ceremonies ensures your team always has well-defined work ready to execute. You'll serve as the bridge between business needs and engineering reality, communicating precisely with technical teams and translating system constraints into strategic language for stakeholders.

Leveraging A/B testing, analytics, and system monitoring, you will validate hypotheses, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement across both product and technical dimensions.

What We're Looking For

• Strong Technical Product Manager background building digital products, ideally in mobile gaming, ad-tech, e-commerce, or online marketing environments
• Engineering fluency—you can discuss API contracts, system architectures, database schemas, and technical trade-offs as a peer to engineers
• Deep hands-on experience owning product backlogs: writing epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and running sprint ceremonies effectively
• Solid experience using quantitative data, A/B testing, funnel analysis, and product analytics to guide decisions; you understand data collection, structure, and can define instrumentation requirements
• At least 4 years working with cross-functional engineering and product teams on high-scale digital products serving millions of users
• Strong analytical and structured thinking—you break down complex technical and product problems to identify root causes and drive testable solutions
• Ownership mindset: you unblock teams, remove ambiguity, and take accountability for outcomes with persistence and comfort making decisions with incomplete information
• Outstanding communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, adapting from precise technical detail to strategic business impact
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, balance competing priorities, and deliver against realistic timelines
