About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential software organization based in Augsburg that specializes in process automation solutions. Our client has developed an intelligent document processing platform and is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join their growing technical team.

This is a primarily office-based role in Augsburg-Haunstetten, designed to foster collaboration, spontaneous technical discussions, and creative team synergy. Our client values short communication paths and believes the best solutions emerge from direct interaction.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement features in a.NET/Blazor application environment
• Contribute to technical decisions and architectural discussions
• Mentor less experienced team members and support their professional growth
• Develop and optimize data models and data access using Entity Framework Core
• Ensure code quality, coding conventions, and sound engineering practices across the team

Technical Environment: Blazor (Frontend),.NET (Backend), MS SQL Server, MongoDB, Entity Framework Core, Docker, Git, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Claude

What We're Looking For

• Several years of professional experience in.NET development (C#), ideally including Blazor
• Hands-on experience with relational and document-based databases (MS SQL Server, MongoDB)
• Strong familiarity with Docker, Git, and Azure DevOps
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical relationships and communicate them clearly
• Enthusiasm for taking ownership and advancing both yourself and the team technically
• Excellent German language skills (required due to the client's national customer base)

Work Model: Flexible hours around core working times, with one remote workday per week available within unified company guidelines. Primarily office-based in Augsburg.
