Senior Social-Media-Manager/-in (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing digital marketing agency in Hamburg that specializes in social media strategies for mid-sized businesses. As a Senior Social Media Manager, you will independently manage client projects and create engaging social media content and campaigns across multiple platforms. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Planning and creating online marketing content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Designing and managing posts and paid advertising campaigns for clients
• Preparing, planning, and executing social media projects
• Developing and managing comprehensive social media presences
• Launching and managing online marketing campaigns across major platforms
• Supporting the marketing team in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance
• Regular communication with project management and clients regarding current and future campaigns

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of four years of relevant professional experience in marketing, media, communications, or social media management
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and online marketing fundamentals
• Analytical thinking, structural approach, and strong organizational skills
• Results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Team player with confident presence and independent working style
• Ability to follow established processes while bringing creative solutions
• Quick learner with high level of discipline and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Degree or training in marketing, media, or communications is advantageous but not required
