(Senior) ServiceNow Presales Consultant (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential IT infrastructure and cloud services organization seeking a (Senior) ServiceNow Presales Consultant in Nuremberg, Germany. This role combines technical expertise with client-facing consulting to support ServiceNow sovereign cloud offerings alongside a broader technology portfolio.

Our client operates multiple high-security data centers and serves enterprise customers across IT outsourcing, cloud services, network security, and data center solutions. This is a permanent position offering flexibility to work from Nuremberg, Berlin, Munich area, or fully remote within Germany.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consulting for ServiceNow sovereign partner cloud solutions integrated with existing product and technology portfolios
• Analyze customer requirements and coordinate with ServiceNow and implementation partners
• Advise clients on appropriate ServiceNow licensing requirements
• Collaborate closely with account management teams and participate in customer meetings and discussions
• Design technical solution concepts for proposals and tender responses
• Contribute to the evolution of the ServiceNow hosting portfolio in alignment with technical departments and partners
• Create sales-supporting materials and presentations
• Evaluate innovations and contribute improvement suggestions for product management

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, comparable IT-focused studies, or professional IT qualification
• Several years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, architecture, or technical consulting
• Strong knowledge in at least one ServiceNow module (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, SecOps) and understanding of platform architecture
• Demonstrated interest in efficiently integrating IT and business processes
• Ability to analyze and structure complex topics and present them clearly
• Customer and service orientation with occasional travel availability
• Excellent German and good English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Strong presentation skills
• High level of engagement, commitment, and willingness to learn across expanding subject areas
