About This Role

We are representing a confidential fashion brand that is growing rapidly in the streetwear space. Our client is looking for a Social Media Content Producer to join their team in Stuttgart and take ownership of their social media presence across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories.

Your mission will be to develop content that generates reach, captures attention, and authentically represents the brand identity. You'll spot relevant trends, translate them into original formats, and find ways to showcase products, campaigns, and brand moments that resonate on social media. This isn't just about beautiful content—it's about creating material that the target audience understands, feels, and shares.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas and recurring formats for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and other social channels to increase reach, engagement, brand awareness, and community connection
• Support planning and structuring the content calendar while contributing your own proposals for themes, hooks, and formats
• Research trends, sounds, creators, competitors, and developments in fashion, streetwear, and social media
• Organize and support content productions, shoots, campaigns, and spontaneous brand moments
• Plan and produce photo and video content independently for organic social channels
• Handle post-production of video and image material, focusing on editing, timing, sound, visual language, and brand impact
• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, e-commerce, and content teams to make products, drops, and campaigns visible

What We're Looking For

• Passion for fashion, streetwear, social media, and digital trends
• Strong instinct for what content works on TikTok and Instagram, and why it works
• Initial experience producing social media content, ideally for fashion, streetwear, lifestyle, sports, or e-commerce brands
• Ability to work independently with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Lightroom, or comparable programs
• Excellent eye for visual language, aesthetics, editing, music, timing, and visual storytelling
• Understanding that good content must not only look good but also generate attention and fit the target audience
• Structured, reliable, and self-driven working style
• Creativity, commitment, and a clear hands-on mentality
• Enthusiasm for not just developing ideas but also implementing them yourself
• Flexibility and ability to maintain overview across multiple projects, deadlines, and spontaneous productions
• German language proficiency required for this Stuttgart-based position
