IT Service Techniker (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential IT services organization seeking motivated IT Service Technicians for 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-level support positions in Öhringen. Our talent team is working with a client who values motivation and development potential alongside technical expertise.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing incidents and service requests across support levels
• Analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues in Microsoft environments
• Installing, configuring, and deploying clients, notebooks, printers, and peripheral devices
• Executing rollouts, migrations, and IT relocations
• Setting up new IT workstations and infrastructure components
• Administering and supporting Microsoft Windows client and server systems
• Supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Analyzing and resolving network issues in LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments
• Contributing to IT projects, modernizations, and infrastructure initiatives
• Documenting activities and maintaining work orders in ticketing systems
• Serving as direct point of contact for customers on-site and remotely

What We're Looking For

For 1st-Level Support:

• Initial IT knowledge through training, education, internships, or personal projects
• Enthusiasm for customer interaction and technical problem-solving
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, hardware, and networks
• Strong willingness to learn and high motivation

For 2nd-Level Support:

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft environments
• Experience in error analysis and incident resolution
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networks, or server systems
• Independent and solution-oriented working style

For 3rd-Level Support:

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Server, networks, virtualization, security, and/or Microsoft Azure
• Experience with migrations, implementations, and complex IT projects
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving approach

Essential Requirements:

• Completed IT training, degree, or comparable practical experience
• Career changers with technical affinity and IT passion are explicitly welcome
• Entry-level candidates will be considered – motivation, learning readiness, and initiative matter more than years of experience
• High degree of customer orientation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and goal-oriented
• Team player with interest in new technologies
• Valid Class B driver's license (required)
• Good German and English language skills, written and spoken
