About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential outdoor recreation client seeking a Meta Ads Creative Designer for a remote mini-job position based in Germany. Our talent team is looking for an experienced designer who can create compelling ad creatives that connect audiences with nature-based experiences.

This is a flexible, remote role ideal for creative professionals seeking part-time work with measurable impact. You'll collaborate directly with performance marketing leadership to produce and iterate on Meta advertising campaigns that reach millions.

Responsibilities

• Create fresh Meta ad creatives on a weekly basis for ongoing campaigns
• Research emerging creative trends and formats within the digital advertising space
• Independently conceptualize and execute new creative approaches for testing
• Participate in Meta Ads strategy meetings with the CMO and Performance Marketing team
• Apply learnings from campaign data to inform next rounds of creative testing
• Leverage AI tools while maintaining high quality standards for all deliverables

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience creating Meta ad creatives (Facebook/Instagram)
• Working knowledge of current creative trends in digital advertising
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools combined with strong quality control
• Ideally working as a Creative Designer professionally or previous professional experience in the field
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Based in or eligible to work in Germany (mini-job tax structure)
• Strong visual communication skills and attention to detail
