Role Overview

As a Senior Sales Associate, you'll be the go-to expert on our showroom floor, guiding customers through their furniture journey with authenticity and skill. You'll use your product knowledge and consultative approach to match customers with the right pieces, while mentoring teammates and modeling the service standards Bob's Discount Furniture is known for. This is an in-store, full-time role where leadership, honesty, and customer focus drive success.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with genuine hospitality and expertise
• Assess customer needs and present furniture solutions that match preferences and budget
• Demonstrate furniture features and benefits to support confident purchase decisions
• Lead by example on the sales floor and mentor junior team members
• Process sales transactions and coordinate delivery arrangements
