Senior Projektmanager Bau (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential construction management organization seeking a Senior Project Manager for their operations in Düsseldorf. In this role, you will:

• Lead and coordinate complex construction projects across all project phases from conception to completion
• Manage and align all project stakeholders, including design offices, specialist engineers, and construction contractors
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, budget parameters, and delivery timelines throughout project execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, authorities, specialist planners, and other stakeholders
• Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on project meetings while developing strategic solutions to project-related challenges

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in project management or construction management of demanding construction projects
• Solid knowledge of HOAI, VOB, and relevant technical and legal frameworks
• Proficient use of MS Office and common project management and control tools
• Structured, communication-strong, and solution-oriented personality with excellent organizational skills
• German language proficiency required for this role
