Senior Project Manager | Commercial Construction

Citadel Masonry is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in Charleston, Charleston County. In this full-time position, you'll direct multiple initiatives from inception through completion, ensuring each project stays on schedule, within budget, and meets the highest quality standards.

About the Role

As Senior Project Manager at Citadel Masonry, you'll oversee all aspects of commercial construction project delivery. You'll serve as the central coordinator between field operations and company leadership, maintaining constant communication with Project Superintendents and teams to keep work moving forward and aligned with project goals.

What You'll Do

• Plan and coordinate multiple commercial construction projects, managing schedules, budgets, and resources across concurrent initiatives
• Maintain daily communication with Project Superintendents to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure quality standards are met
• Develop and maintain realistic project schedules, tracking progress against milestones and adjusting timelines as conditions change
• Monitor project finances and costs, ensuring work stays within approved budgets
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders regarding project status and any issues
• Verify compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements
• Anticipate potential risks and implement preventative measures to keep projects on track
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status reports

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years managing commercial construction projects
• Proven track record overseeing multi-phase projects with substantial budgets
• Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to guide field teams effectively
• Excellent communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications
• Solid knowledge of construction methods, scheduling practices, and cost management
• High attention to detail and commitment to project excellence
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent preferred
