Senior Project Manager (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital solutions organization seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead impactful IT initiatives. In this role, you will:

• Deliver large-scale IT projects using agile, classical, or hybrid methodologies
• Lead interdisciplinary teams to translate client requirements into new and existing IT solutions and processes, acting as Product Owner in agile project setups
• Implement projects across diverse technological environments including CMS, form management systems, low-code platforms, custom application development, and cloud solutions
• Guide clients throughout the entire project lifecycle on digital transformation questions and solution strategies
• Manage large interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate stakeholder interfaces
• Design and moderate customer workshops, developing strategies for efficient digital solution implementation
• Identify optimization opportunities in internal and external collaboration, develop targeted recommendations, and proactively shape change processes
• Advance project management methodologies and mentor PM colleagues, as senior-level positions include professional leadership responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects with demonstrated project leadership capabilities
• Proficiency with agile or classical project management methodologies; certification preferred (PMI/PMP, Prince2, IPMA, Scrum PSPO/PSM, LeSS, or SAFe Agilist)
• Passion for delivering exceptional IT projects including websites, intranets, apps, digital application systems, or business applications
• Enthusiasm for complex technical challenges and client engagement, with strong instinct for client needs and identifying business development opportunities
• Excellent communication skills to navigate all levels of project organization and convey complex topics clearly to diverse audiences
• Completed university degree
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
