Senior Project Manager

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential contract research organization seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their operations in Canada. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinical research professional to lead global project teams and drive delivery excellence in a stable, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium-sized clinical research projects spanning 5-15 countries with full-service delivery, or large-scale programs involving 15+ countries
• Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements
• Supervise smaller projects (under 5 countries or limited services) while maintaining oversight of larger initiatives
• Serve as primary escalation contact for clients, vendors, project teams, and internal stakeholders on all project-related matters
• Train, mentor, and coach Regional Project Leads and Project Managers within the department
• Participate in feasibility assessments and support business development activities including proposal development and client presentations
• Implement standard practices and ensure compliance with departmental procedures

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 7 years of experience in clinical research
• At least 4 years of global, project-level clinical project management experience covering all phases from startup through closure
• Demonstrated experience managing all functional services and vendor relationships
• Proven track record managing global, multi-country clinical projects
• Experience in Gastroenterology strongly preferred; Oncology and radiopharmaceutical experience a plus
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
