Senior Product Marketing Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology company in their search for a Senior Product Marketing Manager. Our client is building innovative solutions in a dynamic startup environment, and this role will serve as a critical bridge between product development and go-to-market teams. You'll translate complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives that drive business impact and customer adoption.

As a core member of the marketing organization, you'll work directly with product management to shape launch strategy, enable internal teams, and ensure customers can fully leverage the product. This is an opportunity to build foundational processes and messaging that will scale as the organization grows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with Product Managers on new features and enhancements, becoming the subject matter expert for go-to-market teams
• Own the product launch process from planning through execution, driving cross-functional alignment and accountability
• Develop compelling messaging and positioning for new features that articulate value to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Design and deliver enablement programs for Sales and Customer Success teams, ensuring broad product knowledge across the organization
• Partner with Sales on demo flow design and updates that showcase product value effectively
• Maintain a Voice of Customer program to inform product and messaging strategy
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to drive adoption of new and existing capabilities
• Create predictable, scalable feature launches that generate internal excitement and drive market differentiation
• Ensure all messaging, enablement, and market-facing content remains current and accessible
• Translate competitive intelligence and market insights back to Product teams

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS or related go-to-market roles
• Proven experience working directly with technical teams, especially those building AI agents or complex technical products
• Track record of running cross-functional product launches from planning through execution
• Exceptional storytelling and writing skills with ability to craft product marketing copy that drives differentiation and clearly articulates value
• Strong product intuition with ability to identify value drivers and translate them for non-technical teams
• Experience becoming deeply aligned with Product Managers, understanding their goals, priorities, and challenges
• Skilled at creating clear documentation and seamless hand-offs, particularly when enabling distributed teams
• Deep customer empathy that informs all messaging and positioning decisions
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with commitment to accessible documentation
• Maker mentality with genuine excitement about the product building process
• Based in India with ability to collaborate in real-time with US-based teams (overlap with East Coast mornings, approximately 8am-12pm EST)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior work experience in martech, sales tech, enablement tech, or revenue operations companies
• Experience thriving in early-stage startup environments or owning PMM for a full product lifecycle in larger SaaS organizations
• Understanding of how technical products are adopted and used in the field
