Senior Product Director – Agentic Data Platform

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media intelligence and marketing technology organization seeking a Senior Product Director to lead strategy and execution for their next-generation agentic data platform.

In this role, you will own product vision, strategy, roadmap development and execution across multiple products and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning the product vision, strategy and roadmap across multiple data platform products and initiatives
• Translating customer, user, market and business needs into clear product priorities and outcomes
• Leading products through discovery, validation, development, launch, adoption and continuous improvement
• Partnering with Engineering, Data Science, Data Operations, Commercial, Partnerships, Governance and Market teams to deliver high-quality products
• Defining success measures and using data to track adoption, value, quality, cost and commercial performance
• Developing product economics and commercialization approaches, balancing customer value, business objectives, speed, quality and scalability
• Advancing AI, agent and workflow automation opportunities through responsible experimentation, while ensuring appropriate governance, privacy, security and data quality

The role is expected to be approximately 70% individual contribution and 30% leadership/management, with the balance adapting to business needs.

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Significant product management experience, including ownership of strategy, roadmaps and product lifecycles
• A track record of building or scaling products in one or more of the following areas: data, analytics, advertising technology, Martech, SaaS, AI or enterprise platforms
• Experience taking products from strategy and discovery through delivery, launch, adoption and iteration
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives or teams within a matrixed or global organization
• Strong commercial judgment, including the ability to connect customer needs with product economics, revenue drivers, costs and adoption
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and create alignment across technical and non-technical teams
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise data platforms and the ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering and Data Science colleagues

Valuable additional experience:

• Experience building or launching agentic, AI-native or workflow automation products
• Working knowledge of LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agent orchestration
• Experience working with responsible AI, data governance, privacy or security considerations in enterprise environments
• Experience leading, coaching or developing product managers

This is a hybrid position based in the London area, with teams in the office around four days per week.
