Senior Product Designer Mobile

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization that is reimagining financial tools for entrepreneurs and business owners. Our client is seeking a Senior Product Designer to define and shape their mobile experience from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to lead the holistic vision for native mobile applications, working on high-impact features that serve real businesses immediately.

In this role, you'll partner with another senior designer focused on craft excellence, prototype ambitious ideas quickly, and ship polished product experiences. You'll have the autonomy to explore new directions while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and design quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for major mobile initiatives from initial concept through launch and ongoing iteration
• Define the vision and strategy for native iOS and Android experiences
• Transform complex financial workflows into simple, intuitive user interactions
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to determine product direction and priorities
• Create rapid prototypes to explore concepts, validate assumptions, and refine interaction details
• Deliver production-ready interface designs with exceptional craft and precision
• Contribute to and evolve design systems across multiple platforms
• Elevate quality standards for interaction design, visual design, and product thinking across the team

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience designing high-quality product experiences
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with keen attention to detail
• Proven experience designing complex systems and comprehensive user flows, not just isolated screens
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects forward with minimal direction
• Clear communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and influence product strategy
• Experience designing native mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms
• Collaborative approach that elevates the work of teammates and cross-functional partners
