Senior Manager, Reporting & Analysis (OneStream)

Comcast seeks a Senior Manager, Reporting & Analysis (OneStream) to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this full-time role, you'll lead the development and delivery of enterprise reporting and financial analysis solutions using OneStream, supporting critical decision-making across the organization.

About the Role

As Senior Manager of Reporting & Analysis, you'll oversee the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of OneStream-powered reporting systems and analytics platforms. This leadership position reports to senior finance and operations management and plays a central role in modernizing how Comcast derives insights from its data and financial performance metrics.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts and reporting specialists in designing, building, and maintaining OneStream models and dashboards
• Drive requirements gathering and roadmap development for enterprise reporting initiatives across multiple business units
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and technology stakeholders to translate complex analytical needs into scalable OneStream solutions
• Oversee data quality, system governance, and reporting accuracy across financial and operational metrics
• Manage OneStream platform upgrades, integrations, and enhancements to maximize business value
• Develop and deliver training, documentation, and best practices to ensure user adoption and effectiveness
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations to support growing business demands

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience with OneStream, including model design, reporting framework development, and system administration
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams in analytics, financial reporting, or planning functions
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting processes, consolidation, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and working with enterprise data architectures
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities at all organizational levels
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
