About the Role
As an Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant with Comcast in the Loves Park area, you'll be the face of Xfinity to our customers, helping them discover connectivity and entertainment solutions that fit their needs. In this full-time retail sales position, you'll combine product expertise with genuine customer service to close sales, build loyalty, and contribute to your location's growth targets.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their service needs in a welcoming, professional manner
- Explain Xfinity internet, television, and phone plans with clarity and confidence
