Senior Associate, Multilingual Process Management

Capital One is hiring a Senior Associate in Multilingual Process Management for its Enterprise Language Accessibility team, based in Capitol, Richmond. In this full-time role, you'll manage the operational processes that deliver seamless multilingual customer service across our diversified business lines.

Position Summary

The Enterprise Language Accessibility function serves as a horizontal organization supporting multilingual needs throughout Capital One. You'll develop and maintain the operational processes that enable consistent, high-quality language services for our customers. Partnering with teams across business divisions, you'll refine workflows, uphold compliance standards, and drive continuous improvements in how we deliver language accessibility to the customers and communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee multilingual process workflows and operational procedures across the enterprise
• Coordinate with business partners to align language accessibility operations with organizational priorities
• Monitor process performance, quality standards, and compliance requirements to identify enhancement opportunities
• Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for language service implementations and improvements

Requirements

• Fluency in two or more languages
• Proven experience managing operations or processes within a regulated business environment
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Track record of effective collaboration across departments in team-based, matrix environments
