Senior Manager Recruiting & Employer Branding (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare organization with operations across six European countries. Our client is seeking a Senior Manager Recruiting & Employer Branding to join their People team in Berlin. This is an 18-month parental leave cover position offering the chance to shape talent acquisition strategy across a multi-country network.

You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, develop best practices to drive standardization, and establish our client as an employer of choice in the market. This role combines hands-on recruiting with strategic employer brand development across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage all recruitment activities across the organization, including job descriptions, channel planning, active sourcing, candidate selection, and conducting initial interviews
• Monitor and analyze KPI dashboards to track recruitment performance and derive data-driven actions
• Manage internal and external recruitment partners including job portals, headhunters, and staffing agencies; review contracts and negotiate pricing
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns in close collaboration with the marketing team
• Train hiring managers at clinic locations to improve their recruiting capabilities
• Monitor AI trends and leverage tools like Claude to automate and optimize recruiting processes; drive AI-based projects independently
• Strengthen employer brand presence on LinkedIn, kununu, and other relevant platforms
• Develop and implement employer brand strategy to attract top talent

What We're Looking For

• Several years of professional experience in recruiting or human resources
• Experience in international stakeholder management; private equity background is a plus
• Strong affinity for AI applications, particularly Claude; practical experience with AI-supported recruiting processes is advantageous
• Experience with ATS systems such as Personio
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic skills; project management experience preferred
• Emotional intelligence with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• German language skills at C2 level and English at minimum C1 level
• Ability to work across multiple European markets (DACH, Spain, Italy, Greece)
