Werkstudent Marketing & Vertrieb (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology client in Nürnberg who is seeking a working student to support their marketing and sales initiatives. In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute creative marketing ideas that drive real business impact
• Support research and outreach to potential customers, gaining hands-on B2B sales experience
• Create content for LinkedIn and other digital channels from concept through publication
• Assist with campaigns, email marketing, and lead generation activities
• Contribute to events, trade shows, and company formats
• Bring your own ideas to the table and take ownership of specific initiatives

This is not a role where you simply execute tasks—you'll have the opportunity to shape strategy, try new approaches, and see the direct results of your work.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new approaches
• Interest in marketing, sales, and technology
• Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with people
• Structured, independent working style
• Ability to take initiative and drive projects forward
• Quick learner who can adapt to new topics
• Enrolled student with availability for 16-20 hours per week
• German language proficiency for client-facing work

Preferred:

• Experience in marketing, sales, social media, or content creation
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or other social platforms
• Knowledge of marketing automation or CRM tools
• Strong sense for language and audience-appropriate communication
• Interest in AI, software, and digital business models
