About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global media organization seeking a Senior Manager Influencer & Social Organic to join their team in Düsseldorf. Our client operates at the intersection of data, creative strategy, and digital partnerships, helping leading brands achieve measurable growth through innovative media solutions.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end conception, planning, and execution of influencer marketing campaigns—from initial ideation through final reporting. You'll negotiate and manage collaborations with selected influencers, support content publication, and serve as a strategic advisor to clients and internal teams alike.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion, including end-to-end reporting
• Negotiate and maintain partnerships with influencers on behalf of clients, providing hands-on support throughout content creation and publication
• Advise clients and partners with empathy and expertise, building relationships based on trust and strategic insight
• Lead pitch efforts to win new business and provide strategic consultation to prospective clients
• Mentor junior colleagues through onboarding and provide support to team leadership on critical decisions
• Visualize and conceptualize influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives
• Utilize industry-standard influencer marketing tools for research, analysis, and campaign evaluation

What We're Looking For

• Completed university degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media Studies, or related field (or comparable qualification)
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in influencer marketing, either agency-side or brand-side
• Proven track record leading pitch processes and winning new business
• Proficiency with common influencer marketing platforms for research, analytics, and reporting
• Strong conceptual skills with a passion for visualizing and designing influencer campaigns
• Excellent communication abilities in both German and English
• Confident presentation skills and high client orientation
• Team player mindset with motivation and curiosity to stay ahead of industry trends
