Working Student Recruiting (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential space technology organization based in Brunswick, Germany. We're seeking a Working Student to join their recruiting function and support the growth of a team building innovative satellite lifecycle solutions.

This is an on-site working student position, ideally 20 hours per week, with immediate start availability. You'll play an active role in talent acquisition operations, from coordinating interviews to preparing onboarding materials, while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced technical recruiting environment.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of first-round interviews to assess cultural fit with candidates
• Monitor and coordinate the interview process, keeping all stakeholders informed and deadlines on track
• Prepare onboarding documentation for new hires
• Process and evaluate application questionnaires using AI-assisted tools
• Support preparation of second-round commercial and technical assessment challenges
• Coordinate scheduling between candidates and hiring teams using Microsoft Bookings
• Ensure timely candidate processing in HR software (Personio)
• Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team
• Maintain oversight of all open positions and ensure smooth handover between recruitment stages

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• Completed Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Legal, Business or related field, OR at least 2 years of experience as a working student
• Available on-site in Brunswick, ideally 20 hours per week, starting immediately
• Structured, reliable and detail-oriented approach to handling sensitive information
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Confident user of MS Office suite, particularly SharePoint and Bookings
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

Nice-to-haves:

• Initial experience in HR, recruiting or people operations
• Recruiting experience in fast-paced companies with deep-tech products
• Familiarity with German labour law (Spanish labour law knowledge is a bonus)
