Senior Full-Stack Developer (m/w/d) for Get A Job.ai

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing European organization in the commercial real estate and logistics sector. After a successful expansion phase, they are now building a modern, data-driven digital platform from the ground up. Our talent team is searching for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who thrives in environments with high autonomy and takes complete ownership of projects without needing constant direction.

This role offers direct collaboration with product and business leadership, where you'll own key platform initiatives end-to-end. You'll be building features, designing data pipelines, operating cloud infrastructure, and shipping real value—not just closing tickets.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend platform features and internal tooling with complete ownership
• Design and optimize data pipelines and third-party integrations
• Operate and scale services on Google Cloud infrastructure
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment environments
• Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and architectural decisions
• Make technical decisions on architecture and implementation approaches
• Collaborate directly with product teams and business stakeholders

What We're Looking For

Technical Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Full-Stack Developer
• Strong proficiency in modern TypeScript and React
• Solid experience with SQL and data modeling
• Proven track record building and operating services on Google Cloud
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD workflows
• Experience designing APIs, integrations, and scalable architectures
• Fluent English (German or French is a plus)

Valuable but not required: HubSpot, n8n, BigQuery, Docker, Tailwind, ETL/data engineering, event-driven systems

Mindset and Experience:

• Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments—startup background strongly preferred
• Comfortable when priorities shift and specifications are incomplete
• Senior-level ownership mentality; you take initiative without waiting for instructions
• Focus on products and outcomes rather than just feature delivery
• Pragmatic decision-making that avoids over-engineering
• Curiosity to leverage modern tools and AI to improve work quality and speed

Location and Work Arrangement: Munich, Germany with hybrid setup (office + 2 remote days per week)
