Senior Manager, Procurement Operations

Quality Technology Services is hiring a Senior Manager, Procurement Operations in Duluth, Gwinnett County, to take ownership of our source-to-pay function and elevate how we buy, partner, and protect the business commercially.

About the Role

As Senior Manager, Procurement Operations at Quality Technology Services, you will lead the modernization of our end-to-end procurement value chain. This full-time, on-site leadership position in Duluth, Gwinnett County centers on strengthening day-to-day purchasing execution, refining the systems and workflows that power procurement, and shaping policies that keep commercial exposure in check. You will be the connective force between internal stakeholders and external suppliers, translating strategy into dependable operational results.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the continuous improvement of the source-to-pay lifecycle, from sourcing through payment.
• Drive operational excellence across tactical purchasing activities and routine procurement execution.
• Establish and enforce buying standards and guidelines that reduce commercial and contractual risk.
• Oversee the strategic administration and optimization of procurement systems and tools.
• Redesign and streamline procurement processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Build durable, collaborative relationships with key internal partners and supplier networks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience within procurement, sourcing, or purchasing operations.
• Strong command of source-to-pay processes and the systems that support them.
• Proven ability to design, document, and improve procurement workflows at scale.
• Skill in setting purchasing policy and managing commercial risk.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Willingness to work on-site in Duluth, Gwinnett County.
