Working the 6:00 AM–2:00 PM shift in Cary, Wake County, you'll deliver attentive, courteous service to our community members and their guests in our dining room.
About the Role
As a Part-Time Server at Allegro Senior Living, you'll play a vital role in creating memorable meals and meaningful moments for our residents. This position offers flexible part-time hours and the opportunity to make a direct, positive impact on the lives of seniors in our Cary community.
What You'll Do
- Welcome residents and guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Seat guests promptly and ensure they are comfortable and ready to order
- Take resident and guest orders accurately and answer questions about the menu
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and safely
- Check in with diners throughout their meal, addressing any requests or concerns
- Clear tables efficiently and maintain a clean, pleasant dining environment
- Support the overall dining and hospitality service standards at Spring Arbor of Cary
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, patient demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a consistent early morning shift (6:00 AM–2:00 PM)
- Strong commitment to professional service and attention to detail
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and carry trays safely
- Reliable work ethic and dependable attendance
- Experience in food service, hospitality, or senior care is a plus but not required
