Manager, Procurement Compliance

Quality Technology Services is hiring a Manager, Procurement Compliance to lead compliance initiatives and regulatory oversight at our Overland Park, Johnson County headquarters. This is a full-time position focused on protecting our procurement integrity through systematic audits, policy implementation, and control frameworks.

What This Role Involves

As Manager of Procurement Compliance, you'll serve as the analytical backbone of our procurement governance function. You'll design and oversee control systems that protect our organization from regulatory risk, ensure our sourcing practices meet corporate standards, and build the infrastructure that keeps our vendor relationships and purchasing decisions above board. This is hands-on compliance work—part audit designer, part policy enforcer, part performance tracker—with real impact on how QTS manages its procurement programs annually.

Core Duties

• Conduct systematic audits of procurement programs to verify compliance with corporate policy, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations
• Design and maintain control systems and governance frameworks that embed compliance into procurement workflows
• Implement and communicate procurement policies across the organization and monitor adherence
• Track and report on key performance indicators and progress metrics for compliance initiatives
• Identify gaps in existing controls, recommend remediation, and validate that fixes stick
• Stay current with evolving regulatory standards and adapt our policies accordingly

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement, compliance, audit, or supply chain management experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort with data, metrics, and audit findings
• Knowledge of procurement law, regulatory frameworks, and ethical procurement standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain compliance concepts to both technical and executive audiences
• Proven ability to design systems, document processes, and implement policy changes
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, compliance, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
