About the Role

As a Senior Development Project Engineer, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of data center construction initiatives from conception through completion. Working with premier facilities that support mission-critical enterprise operations, you'll manage complex projects that require precision engineering, strategic coordination, and an unwavering commitment to quality. Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate data center construction projects from planning phase through final commissioning and operational handoff
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation across construction teams, contractors, and vendors
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to ensure design compliance and adherence to specifications
• Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and Quality Technology Services standards
• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance reviews throughout all construction phases

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in construction project management or data center infrastructure development
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction compliance requirements
• Proven project management expertise with demonstrated ability to deliver on time and within budget
• Experience coordinating with multiple contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Technical proficiency with construction management software and industry tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
