Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, lead engaging property tours, and showcase available apartment homes and community amenities.
• Respond promptly to inquiries by phone, email, and in person, building rapport and answering questions with confidence.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process, including applications, lease documentation, and move-in coordination.
• Support resident retention by fostering positive relationships and addressing concerns with a hands-on, service-first approach.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, traffic, and leasing activity to help meet occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine enthusiasm for helping people.
• A customer-service mindset and the professionalism to represent the community well.
• Reliable on-site availability in Haltom, Tarrant County (this is not a remote position).
