About the Role
As the Property Manager for Shannon Plaza, you will take ownership of an apartment community within RAM Partners' nationwide portfolio, ensuring smooth operations, satisfied residents, and strong financial performance. This is a hands-on, people-first position based on-site in Durham County.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the day-to-day operations of the Shannon Plaza apartment community
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents to support retention and satisfaction
- Lead, support, and develop on-site team members
- Manage leasing activity, occupancy, and rent collection to meet performance goals
- Oversee maintenance, vendor coordination, and the overall upkeep of the property
- Monitor budgets and report on financial results to ownership stakeholders
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property or community management, ideally within multi-family residential housing
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate an on-site team
- Excellent communication and customer-service abilities
