Role Overview

Our Road Warrior program lets you drive dedicated, over-the-road, or regional routes for two months at a time, then return home for ten days before your next run. This structured schedule gives you predictability and meaningful home time between trips.
Your Responsibilities
- Operate a refrigerated semi-truck safely and professionally across assigned routes
- Maintain DOT-compliant logbooks and follow Hours of Service regulations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is road-ready
- Transport temperature-controlled cargo with care to preserve product integrity
- Coordinate with dispatch and shippers to meet delivery windows and expectations
- Report mechanical issues promptly and handle routine vehicle maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License Class A (CDL-A)
- Experience operating refrigerated or commercial trucks
- Clean driving record and passing background verification
- Current DOT medical certificate and valid physical exam
- Ability to spend extended periods away from home
