Senior Manager – HR Business Partner

Caris Life Sciences is seeking a Senior Manager – HR Business Partner to join our growing team in Guadalupe, Maricopa County. As a full-time Senior Manager – HR Business Partner, you'll be instrumental in advancing our human capital strategy while supporting our mission to transform precision medicine and cancer care for patients nationwide.

As Senior Manager – HR Business Partner at Caris Life Sciences, you'll serve as a strategic HR leader embedded across business units, translating organizational objectives into workforce solutions. This role bridges people strategy and business performance, requiring deep expertise in organizational development, talent management, and employee relations at the enterprise level.

What You'll Do

• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead organizational development and change management initiatives, including restructuring, culture building, and capability assessments
• Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development programs to build and retain top talent
• Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and policy implementation
• Champion company culture and employee engagement, ensuring alignment with Caris Life Sciences' mission-driven values
• Collaborate with HR operations and compliance teams to ensure governance and regulatory adherence
• Drive analytics and insights to measure HR effectiveness and inform data-driven decision-making

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR business partner or strategic HR leadership role
• Proven expertise in organizational development, talent management, and employee relations
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate HR strategy into measurable business outcomes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Experience in fast-paced, mission-driven environments (healthcare, life sciences, or biotech preferred)
• Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• HR certification (SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent) a plus
