Caris Life Sciences is hiring a full-time Oncology Case Manager to support cancer patients in Tulsa/Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role, you'll coordinate care for patients navigating precision oncology treatment, partnering with medical teams and patients to deliver compassionate, comprehensive care coordination.

About the Role

As an Oncology Case Manager at Caris Life Sciences, you'll serve as a dedicated advocate for cancer patients. You'll guide individuals and families through their care journey, help them understand their personalized treatment plans, and ensure they have access to the clinical support, resources, and coordination they need to succeed in treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care coordination plans
• Communicate with physicians, clinical staff, and care teams to align treatment strategies
• Manage insurance authorizations, verify benefits coverage, and resolve access barriers
• Educate patients on their diagnosis, treatment options, and molecularly-guided care plans
• Arrange support services including transportation, financial aid, and counseling resources
• Document case management activities and monitor patient progress through treatment
• Advocate for patient needs and serve as the central point of contact throughout the care journey
• Support patients in understanding their molecular testing results and personalized therapy recommendations

What We're Looking For

• Healthcare background in nursing, case management, or a related clinical discipline
• Experience in oncology or complex patient care coordination
• Professional case management credentials or nursing license
• Strong ability to communicate medical concepts with clarity and empathy
• Proficiency with electronic health records and healthcare management systems
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple patient cases
• Deep commitment to patient advocacy and supporting cancer patients
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based care environment
