SAP Supply Chain Consultant, EHS – Mid-Market (Private Cloud)

Accenture is looking for a SAP Supply Chain Consultant, EHS to join our Bentonville, Benton County office in a full-time capacity. You'll help mid-market organizations modernize their supply chain operations and strengthen their environmental, health, and safety practices through cloud-enabled SAP solutions.

Position Summary

Mid-market businesses are at a critical juncture, facing pressure to upgrade legacy systems while managing increasingly complex supply chain and regulatory demands. Accenture has built a specialized practice around helping these organizations adopt cloud-based SAP platforms that unify operations, improve compliance, and drive real results. In this role, you'll work directly with clients to translate their supply chain and EHS requirements into strategic, technology-enabled solutions that create competitive advantage.

What You'll Do

• Assess client supply chain and EHS processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement through cloud SAP solutions
• Design implementation strategies that address both operational efficiency and regulatory compliance
• Lead engagements that guide clients through platform selection, architecture planning, and organizational change
• Develop supply chain strategies that integrate environmental sustainability and safety compliance from the ground up
• Collaborate with implementation teams, business architects, and client leaders to ensure solution delivery and adoption
• Identify and package reusable solution components to accelerate deployments and maximize client return on investment

Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing SAP solutions, particularly cloud-based offerings
• Strong foundation in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, or materials planning
• Solid knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and their operational implications
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients and translate business needs into technical requirements
• Excellent communication skills for engaging executives, operations teams, and IT stakeholders
• Experience with mid-market organizations strongly preferred
