As our Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you'll be the bridge between talented professionals and rewarding positions across our community-based service teams. Your Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions across Sevita's service delivery teams
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers to understand organizational needs
• Post job openings on relevant job boards and career sites to attract qualified applicants
• Coordinate the interview and selection process from initial outreach through offer stage
• Track recruitment metrics, manage applicant data, and provide regular reporting to leadership
• Partner with human resources and department heads to refine job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Represent Sevita's brand and values to prospective employees

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and candidates simultaneously
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
• Knowledge of job market conditions and compensation benchmarking a plus
• Commitment to working with communities in the nonprofit or social services sector preferred
