(Senior) Inside Sales (x/f/m) Berlin

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthtech organization seeking a talented (Senior) Inside Sales professional for their Berlin office. In this role, you will manage your sales territory as your own business, driving digital transformation in the healthcare sector through strategic client engagement.

Your core responsibilities include:

• End-to-end sales ownership: Guide the complete sales process from initial contact through needs analysis and product presentation to successful close
• Revenue accountability: Manage your pipeline, monthly recurring revenue (MRR), client relationships, and territory growth
• Consultative selling: Analyze the needs of medical professionals and healthcare facilities, understand their challenges, and present compelling solutions
• Remote engagement: Conduct customer meetings via phone and video conferencing, delivering professional and personalized consultations through digital channels
• Performance tracking: Monitor your metrics regularly in Salesforce and use data insights to refine your sales strategy
• Team contribution: Share your expertise with the team, contribute best practices, and support the ongoing development of sales processes
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure an optimal customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience: At least 1–3 years in sales, ideally within B2B or SaaS environments
• Acquisition expertise: Excellent prospecting, discovery, and pitching skills with a proactive approach
• Track record of closing: Demonstrated success in independently managing a sales funnel and closing deals
• Persuasive communication: Ability to sell with passion, present professionally, and inspire diverse stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial mindset: Results-oriented with strong organizational skills and focus even during challenging situations
• Language proficiency: Very strong written and spoken German skills (C1 level or higher) required for customer interactions. Basic English understanding helpful for internal communications
• Self-direction: Structured, reliable, and self-motivated work style with enthusiasm for taking ownership and knowledge-sharing
