As a Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending, you'll be the trusted expert and primary relationship manager for borrowers seeking mortgage financing. You'll guide clients through the entire lending process—from initial consultation through closing and beyond—ensuring they understand their options and receive solutions tailored to their financial goals. What You'll Do

• Consult with prospective and existing borrowers to assess their financial situations and home lending needs
• Present and explain mortgage products, terms, rates, and loan structures in clear, accessible language
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships by serving as the consistent point of contact throughout the loan lifecycle
• Process loan applications accurately and ensure timely submission of required documentation
• Collaborate with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to move applications smoothly to completion
• Stay current with mortgage products, lending guidelines, and market conditions to advise clients effectively
• Meet regulatory compliance requirements and maintain detailed, accurate records for all client interactions

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated expertise in residential mortgage products, lending processes, and home financing options
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex financial concepts to diverse clients
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and maintain high service standards
• Detail-oriented approach to documentation, compliance, and accuracy in loan processing
• Experience in a client-facing lending or financial services role preferred
• Valid mortgage license or ability to obtain one as required by state and federal regulations
