About the Role
As an Audi Master Guild Technician at JP Euro, you'll serve as a technical expert diagnosing and repairing premium European and exotic vehicles. This role demands advanced certification, proven expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional craftsmanship on high-end automotive systems.
What You'll Do
- Execute advanced diagnostics and repairs on Audi vehicles using specialized equipment and software
- Handle complex mechanical, electrical, and computer-based repairs with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain comprehensive service documentation and technical records for every vehicle
- Coordinate with the JP Euro team to manage workflow and priority repairs
- Stay proficient with current Audi diagnostic tools, service bulletins, and repair procedures
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding repair findings and recommendations
What We're Looking For
- Current Audi Master Guild Technician certification or equivalent advanced credentials
- Extensive hands-on experience with Audi vehicles and European automobile repair
- Expert proficiency with advanced diagnostic and computer repair systems
- Proven ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Track record of quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
