Tri State Urologic Services is hiring a Patient Navigator LPN to join our urology practice in Norwood, Hamilton County. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a direct impact on patient care and satisfaction—with regular daytime hours, no weekend shifts, no evening shifts, and no holiday schedules.
What This Role Involves
As a Licensed Practical Nurse in a Patient Navigator role, you'll be the connection point for patients navigating urologic care. You'll combine clinical nursing knowledge with patient advocacy to help individuals understand their conditions, move smoothly through their treatment journey, and feel supported throughout their healthcare experience. This position is ideal for an LPN who thrives on direct patient interaction and wants to make a tangible difference in how patients experience care.
Responsibilities
- Greet and orient patients to our practice; assist with check-in and intake processes
- Explain procedures and treatment options in patient-friendly language
- Answer clinical and logistical questions using your nursing background
- Help coordinate appointments, follow-up care, and referrals
- Assist with insurance verification and billing questions
- Support care coordination between patients and our clinical team
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Advocate for patient needs and concerns

- Current LPN license in the state of Ohio
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
