Senior Growth Manager (Berlin)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential performance marketing platform in their search for a Senior Growth Manager based in Berlin. Our client is a fast-scaling European technology company building innovative user acquisition solutions for global advertisers.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in intense, metrics-driven environments. You will manage a portfolio of advertiser accounts end-to-end, driving revenue growth through data analysis, relationship management, and continuous optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of 5–15 advertiser accounts with full P&L accountability
• Optimize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) targets across offers, geographies, and operating systems on a daily and hourly basis
• Analyze performance data using SQL-based tools, analytics platforms, and internal dashboards to identify trends and opportunities
• Proactively identify issues before clients surface them and recommend strategic budget increases, geographic expansions, and format tests
• Serve as the technical and commercial liaison between advertisers and internal engineering and algorithm teams
• Document process improvements and contribute to team playbooks weekly
• Monitor key metrics including LTV, retention, ARPU, and attribution data to inform optimization decisions
• Manage advertiser communications, troubleshoot technical integrations, and resolve attribution disputes

What We're Looking For

• Proven ability to manage and grow a book of business in performance marketing, mobile user acquisition, or rewarded advertising
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with platform marketing metrics such as ROAS, LTV, retention, and ARPU
• Comfort working with SQL-based analytics tools and data visualization platforms
• Familiarity with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular is highly valued
• Track record of taking initiative, moving quickly, and iterating based on data rather than waiting for perfect information
• High standards for quality and documentation; commitment to leaving processes better than you found them
• Ability to prioritize high-impact work and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Background in top-tier consulting or high-growth technology companies is a plus
• Fluency in English required; this is a full-time, in-office position in Berlin (5 days per week)

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €75,000 – €100,000 per year. The client also offers equity participation and performance bonuses.
