Senior Google Performance & Analytics Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential marketplace organization based in Stuttgart that is creating a newly established senior leadership position. This is not a traditional campaign management role—you will be the architect of the entire Google ecosystem for our client, connecting performance marketing, analytics, cloud infrastructure, and technical systems into a cohesive, scalable strategy. You'll build this function from the ground up and establish it as a core driver of business growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive Google strategy from scratch, aligning it with long-term scalability and measurable business impact
• Define the appropriate technology stack and independently establish the necessary infrastructure, bringing both operational and strategic vision to life
• Serve as the organization's subject matter expert across the entire Google ecosystem, monitoring emerging technologies and features and translating them into profitable business cases
• Establish sustainable frameworks and define KPIs that will support future team growth once foundational systems are operational
• Prepare clear, data-driven reports and insights for senior management stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Several years of proven experience within the Google environment with demonstrable success in independently building channels or organizational structures
• Comprehensive knowledge across the Google ecosystem—from performance marketing to technical infrastructure and Google Cloud
• Strong execution capabilities paired with willingness to personally establish technical and operational foundations during the startup phase
• Analytical mindset with data-driven work approach, clear KPI orientation, and ability to distill complex information for executive audiences
• High degree of independence, assertiveness as a content leader, and talent for communicating complex concepts clearly
• German language proficiency required for this Stuttgart-based position
