Senior Global Sales Director

Overview

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for a Senior Global Sales Director. This is an individual contributor role focused on driving revenue at some of the world's largest commercial organizations. You'll be responsible for both expanding existing customer relationships and developing new business within assigned strategic accounts. Success in this position requires the ability to engage stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Enablement—from C-suite executives to functional influencers—with equal confidence and impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex global enterprise sales cycles from discovery through close, including relationship building and value proposition development
• Sell enablement software solutions to assigned global enterprise technology accounts
• Partner with internal Sales Engineering and Value Engineering teams to customize product demonstrations and architect solutions based on client requirements
• Prepare consultative proposals that address specific client needs and business challenges
• Build long-term strategic relationships that generate referrals and reference accounts
• Provide thought leadership on sales productivity challenges and innovative approaches
• Travel as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, and collaborate with internal teams

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of solution sales experience with a proven track record of driving, managing, and closing enterprise deals
• Demonstrated experience selling cloud/SaaS software to large, strategic global accounts
• Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales quota
• Ability to articulate compelling value propositions to C-Level, Sales, and Marketing executives
• Proven consultative sales skills in a SaaS/Cloud environment
• Comfort operating at both strategic and tactical levels
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, business meetings, and industry events
