About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization that operates critical Medicaid program services nationwide. Our talent team is seeking a Provider Publications / Communications Lead to join their remote workforce. This strategic role will own provider-facing communications, ensuring healthcare providers receive clear, accurate, and timely information to support program compliance and operational excellence.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and publish provider-facing materials including newsletters, bulletins, policy alerts, and educational resources that support Medicaid operations
• Serve as the primary communications liaison between internal teams and healthcare provider communities
• Translate complex healthcare policies, regulatory changes, and operational updates into clear, actionable communications
• Coordinate with subject matter experts, compliance teams, and client stakeholders to ensure publication accuracy and consistency
• Manage publication schedules, communication calendars, and multi-level approval workflows
• Support provider education initiatives through written communications, presentations, webinars, and training materials
• Drive provider engagement and awareness through strategic communication planning

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in communications, publications, provider relations, or healthcare operations within Medicaid programs or related healthcare environments
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proven track record developing and managing provider-facing publications, communication campaigns, or educational content
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, healthcare policy, managed care, or healthcare administration
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities with capacity to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Outstanding verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups
• Experience managing high-visibility deliverables in fast-paced environments
