The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced engineering and maintenance leader to join our team in St. Albans, Vermont. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive engineering and maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing
- Demonstrated experience managing large teams and complex capital projects
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing standards and regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic maintenance and reliability initiatives
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
