About This Position

Viatris is seeking an experienced District Manager to lead commercial initiatives in the pain therapeutic area throughout the Southeast territory. In this full-time role, you'll combine strategic planning with hands-on field leadership, managing a dynamic territory while maintaining the flexibility of a remote work arrangement based from our United States Remote Office in Georgia. You'll be instrumental in advancing our pain management portfolio and building lasting partnerships with healthcare providers.

Core Duties

• Develop and execute district-level sales strategy and territory plans aligned with company objectives for the pain product portfolio
• Lead and mentor sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance management across the Southeast region
• Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals, medical institutions, and practice leaders
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales and marketing activities
• Analyze sales data and metrics to drive continuous improvement and achievement of district targets
• Represent Viatris at regional medical conferences, professional meetings, and healthcare events

Qualifications

• Proven district or territory management experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or related healthcare sales
• Strong leadership background with demonstrated ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
• Deep understanding of the pain management market and healthcare landscape
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Results-driven mindset with track record of exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Southeast territory as needed
