(Senior) Consultant (m/w/d) SAP Treasury & Risk Management

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential consulting organization that serves leading industrial companies across Germany. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Consultant for SAP Treasury & Risk Management to join their finance transformation practice in Heidelberg.

This role offers the opportunity to shape SAP S/4HANA finance solutions for renowned clients in manufacturing, automotive, life sciences, and chemicals. You'll work on challenging implementations while helping build a specialized consulting team focused on treasury and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and growth of an SAP Treasury and Risk Management consulting practice
• Lead consulting and implementation projects for SAP Treasury and Hedge Management solutions
• Integrate SAP TRM modules into existing enterprise IT landscapes
• Analyze and optimize financial business processes for client organizations
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for client stakeholders
• Provide expertise across cash and liquidity management, including Bank Communication Management and SAP In-House Cash

What We're Looking For

• University degree in business administration, computer science, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience consulting and implementing SAP Treasury and Risk Management module, ideally with project leadership responsibilities
• Strong technical knowledge of financial instruments including foreign exchange, money market, derivatives, and securities
• Proven expertise in SAP TRM Hedge Management
• Deep understanding of cash and liquidity management solutions (Bank Communication Management, SAP In-House Cash, Advanced Payment Management)
• Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities with strong communication skills
• Fluent German and English language skills for business contexts
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to work collaboratively
