(Senior) Consultant Change Management (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential consulting organization specializing in enterprise transformation. As a (Senior) Consultant in Change Management, you will play a critical role in SAP-driven projects for industry-leading clients.

• Analyze the organizational impact of change initiatives within SAP project environments, maintaining sensitivity to stakeholder needs across functions and geographies
• Design change concepts, conduct readiness assessments, and implement targeted interventions based on change impact analysis
• Plan, facilitate, and execute workshops while steering communication activities to drive adoption
• Build and nurture high-performance project teams that deliver sustained business value
• Track selected KPIs to measure the effectiveness of change interventions and rising acceptance levels
• Lead international teams of varying sizes and take ownership of deliverables within organizational development streams
• Support internal transformation efforts that position our client as a future-ready employer

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of three years' professional experience in change management for SAP projects, with strong workshop design and facilitation skills
• Relevant degree in business administration, organizational psychology, communications, information systems, or related field
• Proven ability in stakeholder management, communication strategy development, and execution
• Exceptional listening skills and the capacity to shift perspectives and frame challenges from multiple angles
• Strong interpersonal competence and comfort communicating with client stakeholders across levels and departments
• Excellent presentation skills in German and English
• High flexibility and willingness to travel
• Prior experience as a consultant in the SAP ecosystem is ideal
• Additional qualifications in systemic consulting, coaching, or formal change management methodologies are a plus
