  • Support tendering, contract negotiation and commercial strategy ensuring arrangements are bankable and aligned with lender/investor expectations

What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of the Client/Employer's Representative role representing an owner, SPV, sponsor or employer in complex contracted project delivery
  • Extensive experience administering FIDIC-based EPC and construction management contracts including notices, variations, claims, payment mechanisms, completion tests, liquidated damages and contractual close-out
  • Demonstrable ability to lead multidisciplinary internal teams and align finance, legal, engineering, procurement, construction and operations inputs around delivery milestones
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to assess risk, protect the employer's position and communicate implications to senior stakeholders
  • Experience preparing concise, decision-ready reports for senior management, investment committees, SPV boards, lenders and governance forums, translating complex issues into clear options and recommendations
  • Working knowledge of utility-scale solar, battery storage, grid connection and route-to-market interfaces with sufficient technical understanding to challenge contractors and advisers
